What calendar systems does it integrate with?

Google Calendar, Cal.com, Calendly and any calendar that exposes an API or webhook. We also build custom integrations for clinic management systems, PMS (hotels) and ERP scheduling modules.

Can it handle cancellations and reschedules?

Yes. The client sends a message, the agent checks availability, proposes alternatives and confirms the new slot. It also sends automatic reminders before the appointment to reduce no-shows.

What if the client asks something outside the receptionist's scope?

It escalates to the appropriate person with full context. The receptionist knows when it's out of its depth and transfers cleanly — no dead ends.

Does it work for multiple locations or professionals?

Yes. You can configure it with multiple agendas, specialties, locations or practitioners. The client says what they need and the agent finds the right available slot.

What channels does it cover?

WhatsApp Business (official API), web chat and voice (via telephony integration). WhatsApp is the most widely used in Mexico — it's where we start.

How long to go live?

4 weeks. The first week we map your booking flow, service catalog and most common inquiries. The agent goes live on week 4 with calendar integration active.
