Yes — we integrate with the job platforms you use. Applicants flow in, the agent screens them automatically, and you only see the ones that pass your defined bar.

How are the qualification criteria defined?

In the first week, we work with your HR team to define the criteria for each role: must-haves, nice-to-haves, disqualifiers. The agent applies them consistently across every candidate.

Does it work in multiple languages?

Yes. If you're hiring bilingual candidates or in English-speaking markets, the agent conducts the interview in the candidate's language. Spanish and English are fully supported.

What happens after the first interview?

Qualified candidates are flagged in your ATS or a shared spreadsheet, with their score, transcript and a summary. Your HR team takes it from there for second interviews and hiring decisions.
